Refund Policy
We hope you will very happy with your purchase, but however if this is not the case, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your experience is positive.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW‘ condition (eg if you have opened the packaging to examine the product it must been done so without damaging the packaging or the product) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 14 days.
Unfortunately, at this point, I am unable to provide free returns. This policy may seem a tad unfair, but we are a small business, and just starting, but with your patronage and the growth of the business, I will hopefully in the near future will be able to offer free returns.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund, if items that are sent back are not in re-saleable condition.

Faulty / Damaged Goods
We will do our to best make sure you receive top quality items, but as life would have it even unbeknown to us sometimes things have a way of falling through the net so if you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt on our email address [email protected].
Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning orders. You must inform us in writing to [email protected]
The cancelled item returns authorisation is valid for up to 7 days only.
